The Cambridge Primary School, Aldershot
Marbas were supporting Hampshire County Council and Mace, with the design of a new 2 form entry primary school in Aldershot, which is part of the redevelopment of the old army barracks.
A full steel framed building using composite beams and floors all detailed in 3D were created using Autodesk Revit. In addition the walls were covered in a mixture of traditional brickwork and timber on a cold formed SFS system.
The school opened in 2018.
