Private Residence, West Sussex

A new private residence located on the beachfront in West Sussex.

The part single storey, part three storey steel frame supports composite floor slabs and a mix of timber, stone and masonry cladding. The main living spaces are on the first and second floors with full height glazing to the beachfront elevation to take full advantage of the sea views. The challenging steel frame has been successfully designed to achieve the desired stepped building line, open plan spaces and cantilever balconies and terraces.

Construction is well under way and photos will be updated as the build continues.
