Greyfort House, South Croydon

Blunt Road is a new residential development in South Croydon, providing eight apartments that are spread over the four floors.

The steel framed structure incorporates composite floor slabs and lightweight Structural Framing System (SFS) for the external walls and roof.

The building is clad in a modular brick slip system applied directly to the SFS. These structural systems enabled the building to be constructed quickly on a very confined site.
