Burlington Place, Winchester

Burlington Place is a local residential development on Chilbolton Avenue that has a collection of 6 three and four bedroom Regency mews-style townhouses.

The site levels proved challenging and the integral basements required careful detailing.

Working closely with the contractor and Metis Homes the project was delivered on time and to a high standard of workmanship.

Construction was completed early 2020.
