Welcome Rachael De'Ath!

We are very happy to welcome Rachael De'Ath to the Marbas team!

She is heading up our new Bristol office and has a broad range of experience of both structural engineering and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Rachael spent 19 years working as a Structural Engineer at Arup, working on a wide range of building structures and became a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2007 and a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2009.

She has received recognition for her work to date and was listed as one of ‘The Telegraph and Women’s Engineering Society Top 50 Women in Engineering’ and is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bristol, and uses her industrial experience to bring context to the students.

With such a broad range of experience we know she will be a great addition to the team and we hope you can all join us in giving her a warm welcome!
